We’ll begin in Paris, where classic French dining and iconic views set the tone, before heading into the heart of Champagne for private tastings, vineyard visits, and moments you simply can’t recreate on your own.

Day 1

Arrival into Paris & Welcome Dinner

Vip Arrival Assistance

Upon arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), you’ll be welcomed by a VIP greeter at customs and personally escorted to your vehicle. Luxury group transportation to the hotel is included, with space for one checked bag and one carry-on per guest. The group transfer time will be shared closer to departure, and private transfers can be arranged for those arriving outside the scheduled time or into a different airport (additional cost may apply).


Welcome Food & Wine Experience

To begin our journey, we’ll gather for a thoughtfully curated food and wine pairing experience at one of Paris’s most renowned wine-focused dining destinations. The evening is centered around a seasonal 3-course menu, with each dish carefully designed to complement its paired wine—creating a seamless, elevated tasting experience.

What makes this setting stand out is its exceptional wine program, offering an extensive selection of wines by the glass, ranging from lesser-known producers to some of the world’s most celebrated labels. Behind the scenes, a highly skilled sommelier and culinary team work in tandem to refine each pairing, ensuring balance and precision throughout the meal.

Set in a beautifully designed space inspired by the world of wine, the atmosphere reflects both tradition and modern elegance—making it the perfect introduction to the food and wine culture we’ll continue to explore throughout the trip.


Your Paris Stay

Welcome to a five-star boutique hotel in the 9th arrondissement, where a lush, garden-inspired design creates a peaceful escape in the heart of the city. Tucked along a historic street, the property centers around a rare private interior garden, bringing a sense of calm and greenery to your stay.

Designed with a vibrant, botanical aesthetic, the hotel blends playful elegance with thoughtful details throughout—from beautifully styled rooms to inviting shared spaces. On-site, you’ll find a rooftop with sweeping city views, a light-filled restaurant opening into the garden, and a full wellness area featuring a pool, hammam, and sauna.

Each room is designed as a cozy retreat with soft, nature-inspired tones and modern comforts. Mornings can begin at the hotel’s street-side café before heading out to explore one of Paris’s most charming and centrally located neighborhoods.

Day 2

Savoring the Seine & Skyline Views

Lunch on the Seine

Today, we’ll experience Paris from the water aboard a luxury electric river cruise, offering a smooth and quiet journey past the city’s most iconic landmarks. This is more than a scenic cruise—it’s a refined 3-course lunch experience prepared fresh on board by a highly acclaimed culinary team using seasonal ingredients.

We’ll begin with a Champagne welcome at the private dock before boarding, followed by a thoughtfully paired meal as we glide along the Seine. Round-trip private transportation from the hotel is included for a seamless experience.


Afternoon at Leisure

Following the cruise, the afternoon is yours to enjoy at your own pace. You may choose to explore the neighborhood, visit one of Paris’s renowned museums, or unwind back at the hotel.

Spend time strolling nearby streets lined with local cafés and boutiques, head into the city for cultural highlights, or relax at the hotel’s spa with its mineral pools and hammam.


Evening | Dinner at the Hotel

Before dinner, you’re welcome to join us on the rooftop for a casual cocktail with panoramic views over the Paris skyline and Sacré-Cœur.

We’ll end the day with a 3-course dinner at the hotel’s signature restaurant, set in a beautiful glass-roofed space that opens into the private garden. It’s a relaxed and elegant setting to gather and unwind after a full day in the city.

 

Day 3

Journey to the Heart of Champagne

Transfer to Reims

After breakfast and check-out, we’ll depart Paris and make our way to the Champagne region. A private chauffeur will meet us at the hotel for a comfortable transfer to Reims, with a scenic drive through the French countryside as the landscape shifts from city streets to rolling vineyards.

Please plan for one checked bag and one carry-on per guest to ensure a smooth transfer. If you’ll be traveling with additional luggage, just let me know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.


Arrival & Hotel Check-In

Upon arrival, we’ll check into a five-star boutique hotel set in a beautifully restored historic building, located directly across from Reims Cathedral. The property blends modern elegance with its original character and offers a relaxing spa, refined design, and one of the best locations in the city.

You’ll have some free time to settle in and enjoy lunch on your own before our afternoon activity.


Private Guided Tour of Reims

Later in the day, we’ll meet our local guide for a walking tour through the heart of Reims, often referred to as the coronation city of France.

We’ll visit the iconic cathedral, known for its stunning Gothic architecture and historical significance, before continuing through the city’s elegant boulevards and Art Deco-lined streets. Along the way, you’ll get a feel for the blend of history, culture, and everyday life that defines this region.


Evening at Leisure

The evening is yours to enjoy at your own pace. The area surrounding the hotel is lively, walkable, and filled with restaurants, wine bars, and shops.

You may choose to explore the nearby pedestrian streets, enjoy a relaxed dinner at a local bistro, or find a cozy spot for a glass of Champagne. For a quieter evening, the hotel’s spa is a perfect place to unwind after the day.

Day 4

Grand Cru Legacy & Your Reims Retreat

Champagne House Visit & Tasting

After breakfast, we’ll depart with our private chauffeur for a visit to G.H. Mumm, one of the region’s most iconic Champagne houses, known for its precision, heritage, and Grand Cru vineyards.

We’ll explore historic underground cellars, learn about the winemaking process from grape to glass, and gain insight into the craftsmanship behind each bottle. The experience concludes with a guided tasting of two vintage cuvées from their exclusive Grand Cru collection, highlighting distinct expressions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.


Afternoon & Evening at Leisure

Following our return to the hotel, the rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your own pace.

Spend time at a local café, explore wine boutiques, or enjoy a relaxed lunch or dinner in town. For a quieter afternoon, the hotel’s spa offers a peaceful space to unwind.

Day 5

The Birthplace of Bubbles & The Art of the Saber

Morning | Champagne House & Sabrage Experience

This morning, we’ll head into the vineyards for a private visit at Canard-Duchêne, a family-owned Champagne house known for its deep roots in the region.

We’ll explore historic chalk cellars, learn about the role of terroir and craftsmanship in Champagne production, and experience the house’s heritage firsthand. The visit concludes with a hands-on sabrage experience, where you’ll open a bottle using the traditional technique and enjoy a tasting to follow.


Midday | Champagne Countryside

We’ll continue through the heart of the region with stops in two of Champagne’s most significant towns.

In Hautvillers, often considered the birthplace of Champagne, you’ll wander charming streets and visit the historic abbey tied to Dom Pérignon.

We’ll then make our way to Épernay, known for its grand architecture and deep connection to the Champagne trade. You’ll have free time here to enjoy lunch at your own pace, whether that’s a casual café or a more leisurely meal.


Afternoon | Iconic Champagne Cellars

Later, we’ll visit Moët & Chandon, one of the most recognized Champagne houses in the world.

We’ll explore their extensive underground cellars and learn about the history and global influence of the brand, followed by a tasting of two of their signature Champagnes.


Evening | Farewell Dinner

To close out our time in Champagne, we’ll gather for a final dinner at the hotel’s signature restaurant, set just across from the illuminated cathedral.

Enjoy a curated 3-course menu highlighting seasonal flavors, paired with local wines in a relaxed yet refined setting—the perfect way to end our journey together.

Day 6

Departure & Au Revoir

Transfer to Paris

Our private driver will meet the group at the hotel for a comfortable transfer back to Paris. Sit back and enjoy the scenic drive as the vineyards fade into the countryside.

The drive is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. Each guest is allocated one checked bag and one carry-on to ensure a smooth transfer. If you’re traveling with additional luggage, please let me know in advance so we can arrange the appropriate vehicle (additional cost may apply).

For those with different travel plans, private transfers can be arranged for alternate departure times or onward destinations.
